Aloha,


Het zou misschien praktisch zijn om ne keer te gaan kijken wanneer we onze jaarlijkse AV leggen. Ik stel voor dit te doen voor eind mei. Op die manier kan ik het verslag van deze vergadering nog toevoegen aan het verslag dat ik moet opmaken voor de dienst cultuur om in orde te blijven met ons sociaal-cultureel statuut.

Normaalgezien is dat juni, maar we zouden dat idd kunnen verleggen zodat het elk jaar mee in de aanvraag zit
