kan dan iemand me misschien een email adress van de outpost bezorgen dan kan ik 8mei vastleggen en vragen om vroeger open te doen.
Weet iemand soms mensen van de club die het wel zouden zien zitten die dag te helpen?
of eventueel een game tafel ter beschikking te stellen van 6foot op 4 foot zodat we 10 tafels hebben en dus 40 spelers kunnen ontvangen.

adressen van de outpost vind je op hun website, en ik dacht dat er boven maar plek was voor een 24 spelers (dus 12 tafels). Als je dan nog eens 8 tafels beneden gaat gebruiken dan gaat de rest van de gentse gaming community niet blij zijn den k ik, en ik geloof dat de opg daar sowieso niet al echt mee gaat instemmen ... Scenery wil ik mee voor zorgen als het nodig is!

idd 4 spelers x 10 tafels = 40 man :p

even een update voor iedereen die zich afvraagt hoe het hier nu mee staat.
De rulepack is zo goed als af en word nu nagekeken door mijn collega bedenker van het 2vs2 toernooi : hairydwarf
Ik heb reeds een mail gestuurd naar de outpost om te vragen of de zaal op een van de volgende 2 dagen vrij is en of ze dan ook vroeger kunnen opendoen. 1 mei of 7 mei.
Indien dit in orde komt begin ik met de reclame campagne en laat ik de inschrijvingen van start gaan.

Ok beste mensen de datum ligt vast.
op 1 mei gaat het 2vs2 toernooi van start in de OP.
Spread the word want indien we geen 30 inschrijvingen halen dan gaat de OP pas om 11u s'ochtends open ipv 9u.
Er is trouwens hiervoor ook al een topic gemaakt en daar 1 mei op een zondag valt zullen veel mensen de maandag normaal ook vrij hebben.

@ francis dat was hun compromis als er geen 30 mensen waren ingeschreven , dan gingen ze pas om 11u open doen
