Bij deze effe een korte mededeling dat ik deze week zowel met de dienst cultuur van de stad Gent als met het Vlaamse Studie- en DienstenCentrum voor VZW's contact heb opgenomen. So basicly, I'm on it.

Dossier om SCW te worden word samengesteld zoals beslist op de vergadering (zie http://www.thunderbolts.be/modules/smf_forum/smf/index.php/topic,2301.0.html)
Plan is het dossier af te heben tegen 15 april waarna bestuur en verantwoordelijken het kunnen nalezen zodat ik nogal final touchkes kan doen om het uiteindelijk begin mei binnen te steken. Daarna volgt een procedure bij Stad Gent die zal beslissen. Uiteindelijk beslissing wordt verwacht eind mei - begin juni.

Ik heb zonet telefonisch contact gehad met de dienst cultuur van de Stad Gent ivm met de aanvraag voor SCW.

De aanvraag is gisteren voor de commissie van cultuur voorgekomen. Die zal volgende week als het schepencollege samenkomt een "gunstig advies" geven.

Zoals men mij aan de telefoon gezegd heeft wil dit zeggen dat (op de administratieve stempel van het schepencollege na) onze erkenning als SCW binnen is.

Er zal schriftelijk contact opgenomen worden eens de procedure volledig rond is.
